• CLOOS Romat 360 welding robot mounted overhead to a static C-Frame that has 3.0 meters (9.84 Ft.) of linear travel on a floor mounted linear track 
• Positioning equipment consists of a synchronized motor driven 1,019 Kg. (2,248 Lbs.) head and tailstock, with 4.0 Mtrs (13.12 Ft.) of distance between faceplates
• Two CLOOS Quinto pulsed arc power sources with a tandem welding torch
• Multi-pass  tandem and single wire welding software to make programming of multi-pass welds more efficient
• Digital seam tracking that can be used with tandem or single wire without limitations
• Touch sensing
• The robot and all external axes are fully synchronized so that the part can be placed and the optimum position for welding is maintained
• Pulsed arc welding machines to eliminate spatter
