9 Axis CLOOS Robot System Welding Drums

This is a complete turnkey system solution that includes the roller bed, programming, weld development and start-up production support.

Solution:

• CLOOS Romat 310 welding robot with 6.5 meters (21.32 Ft.) of linear travel on an overhead mounted gantry 
• A set of synchronized motors to drive a roller bed that can be tilted +/- 45 degrees allowing the part to get into a gravity position for non-stop, continuous multi-pass welding  
• Two CLOOS Quinto pulsed arc power sources that eliminate weld spatter with a tandem wire welding torch
• SD (Seam Data Monitoring) in the welding machine to eliminate rework by monitoring weld data of each seam while welding
• Digital seam tracking that can be used with tandem or single wire without limitations
• Touch sensing
